The steamed Christmas pudding is filled with dried fruits such as raisins, currants, breadcrumbs and nuts, and made with suet. The mixture is then moistened with citrus fruits juice, brandy and other alcohol and cooked for 5-6 hours. The delicious pudding has a dark texture and fruity flavour.
